New Heat insulation and waterproof high pressure blower

The traditional high pressure blower can withstand a temperature of about 120°C, with a protection level of IP54, and use high-temperature bearings, which can withstand a temperature of 200 degrees.

It can accept a small amount of rainwater outdoors, but the air inlet cannot take in water vapor or liquid.

When water vapor is inhaled, water and a small amount of dust will condense, and the impeller is easy to scratch and cause damage when it is running. Water and dust will also damage the bearings in the front cover.

When traditional high pressure blowers are used outdoors, it is best to add a simple protective cover.

The newly developed heat-insulating and waterproof high pressure blower has lengthened the motor bearing, the bearing inside the front cover is improved to the rear end of the blower,

and the high-temperature bearing is adopted, which can withstand high temperatures above 300°C, and the gap between the impeller and the front cover is larger.

It has the function of high temperature resistance and waterproofing. The air inlet can absorb water and water vapor, which solves the special needs of customers.

When suction is applied, the air inlet can be equipped with a filter barrel. The filter element uses a stainless steel filter element instead of a traditional paper filter element.
